“I believe the best approach to learning is through fun. While I am a very laid back teacher with a relaxed approach, I have high expectations of my students; practicing the right way leads to success. When learning an instrument, the fundamentals are essential and I want my students to be the best players they can be. Students engage in learning when they are involved in the process, this is why I always provide students with choices. It is incredibly important for me to know what kind of student I am working with. My goal as a teacher is to guide all my students to their greatest potential.”
